Green Curry Fish In A Hurry

 As you will see, green curry fish is very easy to make. You can make it very quickly and its healthy as well. This can be served with rice as a main course for dinner or lunch. It can be made spicy, if needed, with the addition of green chilies.

 

 

Ingredients & Method

 
 

Ingredients:

  • Fish (Tilapia/Cat fish) - 1 count
  • Grated Coconut - 1 tbsp
  • Cilantro - handful cut
  • Green chili - 1 count cut (add to taste)
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt - add to taste
  • Pepper – add to taste
  • Mint Leaves - handfull cut
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tsp

 

Method:

  • Wash and dry the fish. Rub salt and few drops of lemon juice and let the fish marinate for 10 mins. 
  • For the curry : Add to the blender coconut, milk, green chillies and cumin seeds
  • Also add cut cilantro, cut mint and lemon juice, salt and little pepper.  
  • Blend all the ingrediants together into a course paste.
  • Tear out a large aluminum sheet. Place the fish on it and pour the paste on the fish.
  • Close the foil from all sides to make a little pouch.
  • Bake it for only 40 minutes at 327 F.
  • Take it out and its ready to serve. (CAUTION: The pouch will be hot off the oven. Handle with care)
  • Enjoy!!! That’s it.  

 

Servings:

Enough for 1 person . Adjust as needed.
