Pasta Salad On The Tip Of The Eiffel

 
 Its pasta time again. Absolutely easy recipe, cut veggies and mix with cooked pasta. Took me less than 10 mints to make but a very tasty salad.

 

 

Ingredients & Method

 
 

Ingredients:

  • Pasta - 1 cup
  • Pepper - 2 tsp
  • Cilantro leaves /  basil / chives  - handful cut finely
  • Garlic crushed - 2 clove
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 5 tsp
  • Olives - 5 -6
  • Cherry tomatoes - handful
  • Cucumber - 1 cup

 

Method:

  • Cook the pasta, with a little salt and olive oil
  • Now add cucumber, chives, cherry tomatoes, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Mix it all together well.
  • Now mix the dressing to the cooked pasta.
  • Enjoy!!! That’s it.
 

Servings:

Enough for 2  people. Adjust as needed.
