 This is an amazingly easy recipe, just follow these basic steps and you can repeat it over with different vegetables to make completely different dish, that is healthy and tasty as well. I am sure you will love it.

 

 

Ingredients & Method

Ingredients:

  • Beans - ½  pound cut
  • Carrot - ½  pound cut
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves - 4 -5 leaves
  • Coconut grated - ½  cup
  • Salt – Add to taste

 

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and let it crackel.
  • Now you can add the curry leaves to it.
  • Now add the beans , now add little water and let it cook, till the beans are soft.
  • Dry all the water in the beans , and now add the salt and coconut.
  • Mix everything well and that's it. Its ready to eat.
  • You can repeat the same steps , instead of beans add carrots.
  • Now you have a completely different porial.
  • Enjoy!!

 

Servings:

  • Enough for 4  people. Adjust as needed.
