Spinach Omelet, That's Hot!!

 
If you need a variety in your omelet try this style. This a health recipe, tastes very crunchy, juicy and makes a good sandwich .

 

Ingredients & Method

Ingredients:

  • Spinach - handfull cut
  • Eggs - 4 counts
  • Onions - ½ cut
  • Green chili - 1 or 2 cut
  • Cilantro - handfull cut
  • Tomato - 1 count
  • Salt – Add to taste
  • Paprika – Add to taste or pepper is fine too.
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1 tbp (optional)

 

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients together and mix well.
  • Now heat oil on a pan and add the egg / spinach mixture.
  • Now cook till its done. Its ready to serve.
  • Enjoy!!! That’s it.

 

Servings:

Enough for 2 people. Adjust as needed.
